The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) between you (“you” or “your”) and Torah Stands Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “Torah Stands”) describes the terms and conditions on which you may access and use the Torah Stands website located at torahstands.com (the “Site”), and related content and services (together with the Site and content, the “Services”).

By accessing or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we’ll post the changes on this page and update the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after any such changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use or access the Site.

1. Privacy Policy

2. Eligibility

Our products are intended for adults. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
By placing an order, you confirm you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

3. Registration

You may create an account to access certain features of the Site. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your details updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Services

All content on Torah Stands (including product descriptions, images, and educational resources) is provided “as is” for general information only.
You agree not to misuse the Site or engage in unlawful activity, including uploading harmful code, infringing on intellectual property rights, or misrepresenting yourself.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse our Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Site, including product designs, images, logos, and text, are the property of Torah Stands Inc. and protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

6. Orders, Returns, and Refunds

Each Torah Stand is handcrafted. Standard collection items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Custom or engraved orders are final sale and not eligible for refund.
To initiate a return, email info@torahstands.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Our products and Services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Torah Stands is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site, products, or Services, except as required by Canadian law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms. You may also discontinue use of the Site at any time.
