Torah Stands Refund & Return Policy

At Torah Stands, every piece is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans using premium hardwoods. Because of the custom nature of our work, we handle returns a little differently than mass-produced items.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for standard collection items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the stand is unused and in original condition.

Custom orders, engraved items, or stands made to specific dimensions are final sale and not eligible for refund.

Exchanges may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@torahstands.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Processing
Once the stand is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Damages or Issues
If your stand arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Our Commitment
We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges from customers who misuse the policy, but our goal is simple: to ensure you feel confident and cared for when purchasing a Torah Stand.
